Giovani Lo Celso
"Giovani Lo Celso was born on 9th April 1996 in Rosario, Argentina. The midfielder began his football career with Rosario Central, and his performances during his time in the Argentine Primera Division and Copa Libertadores saw him earn a move to Europe with Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2016.
After initially being loaned back to Rosario, Giovani returned to Paris Saint-Germain at the start of 2017. He went on to make a total of 54 appearances, scoring six times for the Ligue 1 side, as well as being part of the squads that won the league championship in 2018, two Coupe de France titles and the 2018 Coupe de la Ligue. He then joined Real Betis on loan for the duration of the 2018/19 campaign. Capped at international level by Argentina, Giovani impressed in Spain during that season, scoring 16 times in 45 appearances in all competitions before his loan was made into a permanent transfer. Giovani Lo Celso joined Tottenham Hotspur in August, 2019, from Real Betis, arriving initially on loan. He scored his first goal for Tottenham Hotspur in a 4-0 Champions League victory away to Crvena zvezda (Red Star Belgrade) in November, 2019, before scoring the historic first-ever FA Cup goal in the Tottenham Hotspur stadium in a 2-1 third round replay win over Middlesbrough in January, 2020.
That same month, Tottenham Hotspur activated a clause in Lo Celso's contract making his loan move a permanent transfer with the new deal running until the summer of 2025. "
