Aeklavya Tomer
Aeklavya Tomer is an actor, writer and director from Mumbai. He did his theatre and dramatic arts at Zakir Hussain College and done B.Com from The University of Delhi. He has worked as an assistant director in unreleased film "Saab Chai Paani". He was also as an associate dialogue writer in "Jhansi Ki Raani" & "Aapki Antra" (2008-2010) for Zee TV series and assistant director in the film "The Stoneman Murders" released in 2009. Aeklavya is the writer of the popular films, "Today IS Yesterday", "Pradhaan Jee" & "Tatsam".
Tomer had also worked as an associate director to the popular director cum cinematographer, Ashok Mehta. He also worked as an assistant director to Manish Gupta, popular for Sarkar, & Section 375, as a writer. The multi-talented personality has also played in the hit serials Crime Patrol, CID, Crime Alert, Crime World and Savdhaan India & Kaun (Flip Card series), had also showcased him as an actor in "The Big Bull" (Hotstar) with Abhishek Bachchan, directed by Kookie Gulati and produced by Ajay Devgn, "Dhamaka" a Netflix original with Kartik Aryan produced & directed by Ram Madhvani, "Bishwa" with Vinay Pathak produced by Neela Madhab Panda and directed by Anuj Tyagi, "Gangubai" directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and "Mrigja" made by Sohit K Sarkar and "Affair Wala Love" a short film directed & bankrolled by Sumit Sharma. His upcoming movies are "Kathal" with Sanya Malhotra, a Netflix original directed by Yashowardhan Mishra on his hands for release. Besides this, Aeklavya has the following projects, "Opium" with Sharib Hashmi, a film directed by Aman Sachdeva (Tokyo International Film Festival 2022). "Ground Zero" is filming under the banner of Excel Entertainment, "The Voice" penned by Nisthul KS and one more web series for Sony Live. He also turned as a producer with a large-short film, Blue Quarantine. Besides producing it under his banner, SH Entertainment and ATF, he has penned, lyrics, directed, cinematography and edited the short film (International Film Festival 2020).
