Perrie Voss
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Perrie Voss is an award winning screenwriter, picture editor, producer and Canadian Screen Awards nominated actor. Most notably, Perrie co-wrote, co-produced, co-starred and co-edited Avocado Toast the series, season 1 and 2 based on her real life story and experiences. Perrie is a graduate of the esteemed 3 year conservatory program at George Brown Theatre School in Toronto and spent the first 10 years as a professional actor on stage. Now acting in film and tv and creating her own projects, Perrie focuses on telling stories with diverse and underrepresented narratives, especially female led and LGBTQ2ia+ projects. Perrie is continuing to develop her digital series, Stories from my Gay Grandparents which was the recipient of development funding from the 2021 IPF/CMF Short Series Fund as well as full production funding from IPF. Other credits include picture editing and acting a short film called Alex - which premiered at Hollyshorts in LA August 2022.
Perrie is an avid horseback rider, cyclist, downhill skier and runner. She also is a visual artist. She splits her time between Toronto and Calgary.
