Marcus Jorgensen
Marcus Jorgensen is an actor and model based out of the Midwest region. He started his career with catalog modeling for White Owl clothing in Southern California and eventually landed the cover of two young adult books from the supernatural book series The Chosen Coven Trilogy by author DL Blade. His step into acting started out as background in LA for a student film by Sarah Gross called "Bolero", which went on to perform with high success in the short film circuit in Southern California. After performing in a few more students films, and a lead role in an unreleased independent thriller, Marcus returned home to Indiana to begin a PhD program in behavioral endocrinology. At this same time, he continued auditioning as a freelance performer using Backstage and landed a lead role as Hank in the short film "The Scratching". Soon later, Marcus signed with Heyman Talent Agency based out of Louisville, KY - solidifying his hand in acting using a monologue from NBC's hit show, "This Is Us" to sign with Heyman. Since joining, he has booked a number of print and commercial modeling gigs, including King's Island, Pure Romance, ASI Furniture, and Shoe Carnival, as well as high-fashion runway for the Kentucky Derby. Recently, Marcus has finished work with director Jamin Winans (The Frame) for a featured role in an upcoming feature film, and a featured background role with director Robin Givens for a holiday film releasing in 2022. His most recent work has been featured background work on a Netflix reboot of a horror film. Marcus met his wife, Melissa, in 2003 when they were in middle school, and they married in 2010. They have five young children and home school on their small homestead.
